The Senior Rep Program is designed to be an active and engaging experience throughout the year. The Kickoff Session and Cap & Gown Session are mandatory for all Senior Representatives. Additional team sessions and events will be offered throughout the year, and participation is strongly encouraged but not required. Consistent participation will be considered during the selection process.
